Central Desktop 2.0 was launched in February 2010 which includes an additional feature of online file viewer, converting any document to PDF and stable and improved wiki navigation. The online file viewer supported 200 different file types. The main features of the product are document management i.e. online documents and spreadsheets can be managed easily, project management, online file viewer, web conferencing, discussion forums and threads, solution while working, blogging at micro level, Integrated search i.e. full text to be search from Word, PowerPoint, Excel and PDF files, task management.

The deadlines, communication relating to the project, documents etc can be easily shared by the project.
